Yes for Enterprise Pro. We can add extended coverage to other plans as an add on.
Typical onboarding is 2 to 4 weeks. We document the environment, deploy agents, and align policies.
Five user minimum. Twelve month agreement. Month to month is available for pilots after a scope review.
