    How fast do you respond

    We acknowledge tickets within the SLA of your plan. Enterprise Pro is 1 hour, Business Secure is 4 hours, Core Care is next business day.

    Do you support after hours

    Yes for Enterprise Pro. We can add extended coverage to other plans as an add on.

    What is the onboarding timeline

    Typical onboarding is 2 to 4 weeks. We document the environment, deploy agents, and align policies.

    Minimums and term

    Five user minimum. Twelve month agreement. Month to month is available for pilots after a scope review.
